The Australian Labradoodle is not a Designer Dog.
The Australian Labradoodle is a purpose bred dog breed I have developed over the past 26 years always with an unwavering and clear vision and an unchanged goal, to breed an exquisitely intelligent and sensitively intuitive dog with vibrant health in mind and body, to be a non shedding allergy friendly Assistance Dog, Service Dog or Therapy Dog for people who suffer from dog related allergies.
That Rutland Manor Australian Labradoodles have proven themselves to be superlative family companions is a delightful serendipity!
As part of our ongoing research we have randomly emailed out a feedback form to monitor the progress of the breed and to ensure that we are delivering the very best in customer service. Now the form is available online. If you already have one (or more) Rutland Manor Australian Labradoodles please take the time to share with us your positive or negative feedback. Thank you! Your feedback will not be published without your permission
How to Get the Best from this Website
This site is brimming with information to help you with your research. It is a labor of love and is frequently upated. It is also far too extensive to fit all of its links on the one page.
Many of the links to the left, lead into sub pages each of which has a another list of links which will open doors that lead to a variety of helpful articles throughout the site.
I hope that sharing some of the thngs I've learned during my fifty plus years breeding showing, training and most of all loving dogs, twenty six of those devoted to developing the amazing Australian Labradoodle are helpful to you. I am still learning.
Remember to check out the link "Educational" it has a wealth of information including GROOMING, DIET, EXERCISE, TRAINING and POTTY TRAINING and a whole lot more.
No Rutland Manor puppy is ever sold to a dealer, wholesaler or pet shop, neither are they offered as a prize in a raffle or other competition. We do not breed to fill a market but to progress the breed I developed and love. I prefer to stop taking bookings rather than breed more puppies to meet demand. Rutland Manor is the most experienced breeder but not the largest by far. When our wait list gets too long we close bookings rather than breed extra puppies to fill a 'market'.

From time to time during the year, we close our puppy bookings to keep the wait list a manageble size. A notice will be displayed on this page whenever bookings are re-opened or closed.
Puppy Bookings re-opened 25th July 2010
Please Read my paper on the solution to puppy mills. The Australian Labradoodle Founders Alliance (ALFA) for more information and to find breeders committed to breeding the true Australian Labradoodle as created and developed by the breed's founders.
