Rutland Manor Labradoodle Breeding & Research Center has been passionate from the beginning about preserving the amazing and unique characteristics the breed first became famous for. The genuine Australian Labradoodle is not a Designer Dog, but is a purpose -bred dog created to be an intuitive non shedding allergy friendly family companion, and the ultimate Assistance and Therapy Dog.Yes, they are beautiful dogs to behold. Yes, they are non shedding and allergy friendly. But they are so very much more than this. Many different kinds of dog parade under the name 'Labradoodle' and even 'Australian Labradoodle' or 'multi generation' Labradoodle.They may 'look' like the genuine breed, but are they all the same dog? No they are not! |

So many folk like you, are wandering in the deserts of confusion trying to find their way through the plethora of inaccurate and misleading information on the internet. I hope that my fifty plus years breeding, training, showing and loving dogs and my twenty two years of that time dedicated to developing this amazing and wonderful dog may be of help to you as you do your own diligent research.
